*How to analyze Comment Box and Single Text Box: Analyze with AI can only analyze open-ended text responses if they’re tagged. Analyze with AI supports existing tags that you’ve created via Sentiment Analysis, Thematic Analysis, rule-based tagging, or manual tagging.

Analyze with AI uses the Azure OpenAI service or OpenAI to deliver insights. Here are a few tips to improve the answers you get from Analyze with AI. Expand the dropdowns to learn more about each tip.
Use respondents to ask about the total number of individuals. Use responses If you want the number of votes or choices.
This helps Analyze with AI understand what data to find and analyze for you. For example, if your survey is about a specific product or industry, ask questions that include the product or industry in your survey.
Clearly define what specific aspect of the data you are inquiring about.
Example: Don’t ask what the “best product” is. Instead, you can ask, “Which product has the highest satisfaction level?"
Instead, target specific questions, metrics, or trends.
Example: If you’re asking about NPS scores, don’t ask, “How much positive feedback did we get?” Instead, ask about the percentage of promoters.
Avoid jargon or overly complex terms unless they are directly relevant to your survey.
Ask for numbers or percentages to get more specific results.
Example: "What percentage of respondents were very satisfied with the product quality?"
If you’re interested in trends, comparisons, or changes, specify the exact parameters you want compared.
Example: "Compare the satisfaction levels between different age groups."
Ask for actionable insights or recommendations.
Example: "Based on the survey responses, what areas should we focus on to improve customer satisfaction?"
Specify if you need a breakdown of responses by certain demographics or categories.
Example: "What are the satisfaction levels by geographic region?"
If you notice any unusual patterns or outliers in your data, ask for clarifications or deeper analysis.
Example: "Why might there be a higher dissatisfaction rate among customers aged 18-24?"
If Analyze with AI doesn’t answer your question with the right information, ask again in a different way. Use the thumbs up and thumbs down to rate the responses so we can improve Analyze with AI.
